Digipulse Consulting was founded in Singapore in 2025 — out of a simple conviction that the classical management-consulting model needs rethinking for the age of artificial intelligence and reordered capital markets. Faster, more honest, closer to execution, and international from day one.

Our story

Founded where Asia begins.

Singapore is not an accidental starting point. As one of the most transparent legal systems in the world, as an English-speaking gateway to more than 680 million consumers across ASEAN, and as the regional home of more than 4,000 multinational corporations, the city-state offers everything an international advisory firm needs: legal clarity, geopolitical stability, and a culture that simply assumes excellence as a baseline.

Our founders know both sides of the world. They have led strategy inside European companies and built businesses in Asian markets. Digipulse grew out of a simple observation those experiences made impossible to ignore: most companies don't fail because of their ambitions — they fail because of their translation problems.

Translation between markets, between cultures, between technology and business, between the boardroom and the shop floor. That gap is where consequential outcomes routinely get lost — and it's exactly where we've chosen to place our work.

Principles

What we won't compromise on.

These four points are not marketing language. They are the operating baseline by which we expect to be judged.

Senior means senior.

Working with Digipulse means working with the people who sold the engagement. No hidden junior teams, no staffing pyramids, no quiet handovers. Seniority is not a sales argument for us — it is the operating model itself.

Truth before comfort.

Useful advice is often uncomfortable. We disagree where necessary, and deliver inconvenient findings without ribbon on top. We judge our work not by client happiness during the project — but by what happens after we leave the room.

Execution is the point.

Strategies that cannot be executed are worth nothing. We think backwards from the outcome and stay until things genuinely work. Sometimes that means rolling up sleeves and sitting alongside the client team. We consider that part of the mandate.

Technology serves the business.

We're enthusiasts of AI and automation — but never for their own sake. Every recommendation has to pencil out in a currency a CFO recognises. Everything else is expensive theatre, and we'd rather not produce it.

Antonina Dzamashvili

Antonina leads Digipulse's strategy practice and European client relationships. She brings more than a decade of experience in international business development — with a clear focus on brand-led growth and cross-border expansion. Her Georgian background and her operating experience across Western and Central Europe shape an advisory style that combines European thoroughness with Asian pragmatism.

Before co-founding Digipulse, she worked with founders, family offices and executive teams across consumer, B2B services and professional-services sectors. She regularly leads cross-border repositioning mandates.

Wong Shi Quan

Shi Quan leads the digital, AI and Asia-Pacific practices. Born and raised in Singapore, he knows the regulatory, commercial and cultural nuances of ASEAN first-hand. His focus sits on the question that interests us most: how can technology — and generative AI in particular — produce tangible business value, rather than dissolve into endless pilot phases?

His background combines commercial strategy with technical depth. He works closely with European clients expanding into Asia, and with regional operators modernising their go-to-market and operations functions.

We chose Singapore because the place enforces a certain discipline. You can't hide behind national pride or legacy relationships here. You have to be useful.
